Usualli i start work at BMS, i will reach on time. 10am exactly.

Dis time, 1st time i reached liao see nobody at the counter...

so 1st time, i have to be more independent..i walked to the security guard hse n got the keys..

still, the part timer is nt yet reached.

so i called perm staff n ask who is with me today, she said a gal by the name of 'Lynn'

ok..so obviously she is late..

印象大扣分.

15mins later, she is finalli here..

After half a day with her, realised she have mani point to be deduct..

1) Late - Very jia lat. she said she worked here for 4 yrs as temp staff. (i start to understand y she late)

2) 世界在她脚下 - Smsing Non stop ever since she step into lobby, n she uses company main line to dial external call(by right shd use another fone) Onli certain timing she uses the other fone.

N, She talks so loudly dat mani customer looked over my side. i felt so xia suay.

Obviously, her topic in fone has gt nothing to do with work..n she laugh like a witch's voice..

3) Not a Follower - She did not follow that 4 lines as requested by MD.

4) 断公司财路 - When sales line is engage, i m surprised by what she reply : ' can u call bk later?' or she ended wif 'you can call bk later' ..

wow sound very unprofessional to mi..did not offer ANY help to customer, not the correct way ba.

But i dun dislike her of cox, dis is jus my view for her in her working attitude..

i hope she will improve of cox, cox 我是个很注重services的人.

n we became frens of cox.
