Today 1st time working tgt with another new temp staff..she is esther..

Had nv seen her before..but after working with her for one day..realised she is quite a good worker..

here is my 评价of her:

1) responsible = will note down customer's enquiry, and immediately solve the problem for customer. Most importantly, she will gif customer DIRECT LINE of sales enquiry if sales line is engage. i realli like dis initial act of her..cox even the perm staff will not do this.

2) Obedient = we were ask to complete dis 4 line as requested by MD "Good morning" , "Borneo Motors" , " XXX Speaking", " How may i assist u".

she did it accordingly..

3) Helpful = She offer help to me..guide mi a lot of things..n she is HUMBLE..she even helps mi to complete some task which i nv encounter before.

though some of the time she is smsing..but when there is customer, she will put her hp away n serve them first..

hapi to noe new temp staff like her..

n she is studying jap also..!

he is always so helpful n wear a smile on his face..n he is H-U-M-O-R-O-U-S de lo..

when customer manage to got help, he seems to be happier den any one..though it seems like none of his business..n when sumbody got not so good services, he is more concern den anyone..
