♥ Interview at HQ Mountbatten ♥
I gave myself 100 marks for the performance's with MBS at Mountbatten.
Thanks to my boss specially super-slang english accent, i manage to watch ch 5 drama without subtitle, as well as able to listen to Mr James's english.
Everything went perfectly smooth ytd.
3 guys interviewed mi n 2 out of which keep sayin they like mi a lot, for my bubbly character and good answer to his Q & A.
We 3 had a enjoyable n relaxing interviewing session.

n Michael speaks a little japanese with mi, but mine sounded much more fluent den him n both of them praises mi for that.=D
Both commented that after interviewing 100 plus candidate, so far i am the best.
What more can i say?

I am hesitating shd i post the entire conversation here in my blog.
But at the same time, worrying others might read n pick up my interviewing skill for their own usage.
I see no reason y i shd let other share a piece of pie right here..since i've gt no tution fees or any gain. keke
Pardon mi for not revealing my answer here, i need a little space for myself at times.
But i dun mind posting some of the questions which they asked mi during the interview here.
1) As u noe that there r mani ppl out there aiming to come into MBS, wat makes u special from them?
2) U have no hotel experiences, y do u think we shd hire u?
3) How would u feel if i am telling u that u have to work 7 days a week at times, perhaps till the completion of MBS.
4) If i were to promote u to a manager's post, do u think u can handle a group of ppl under u? n y?
5) How do u face criticism?
6) How do u handle stress?
7) Wat do u think of wearing Suits to come work everyday?
Like i said before,so far i do not have any interviewing question which can pull mi off.
i can easily answer all sort of question in split second without thinking much.
(however, i need few sec to rephrase my sentence)
Wat a big liers am i. haha!
I dun think i will join them if they selected mi..unless they agree to remain my current salary.
Most willingly to accept MORE, but definitely not less.
Thinking of aiming RWS,since they gt 7 mths bonus n MBS has gt 'n-o-t-h-i-n-g' at all.
