♥ Lan Jiao contractor ♥
I didnt wan to walk so far from AMK interchange to my house, non do i wan to wait for bus 88 to my hse cox is always crowded with ppl.
So i alighted at Bishan n took Bus 88 from there.
God! it tooks 30mins later to reach home cox of the long waiting time plus long journey.
See! nw u noe y i dislike taking B U S.
Uncle was very angry ytd...He was shouting over the fone.
I realli gt a shocked.
This is my 3rd time seeing him vent his anger so loud til i think all my neighbour can hear, or better still, i guess ppl walking at ground floor can hear it too.(since i am staying at 2nd floor nia)
Ard 30mins later, 2 men came up to my hse n uncle kind of 'invite' them in.
3 of them were arguing.
LOUD n pretty scary.
Mum was cooking happily in the kitchen n piglet is running at their feet..=_=
n i was resting at sofa watching 'free show'
2 men wan uncle to pay them $...regards to our new hse renovation.
Uncle refused..becox we already paid them $7k plus, n they said in total is $8k
Reason y uncle dun wan to pay is becox they took MONTHS to complete the tiles..jus the tiles it took months.
n we gotta ask other contractor to help us becox we r rushin to move in for CNY.
meaning to say, we pay both side.
But we r most willing to pay another contractor becox they did wat we want.
n in a professional way i would say.
Now this 2 uncle came up my hse n make a big fuss of it.
We haven even sue them for HACKING our tiles with HAMMER jus 3 days before CNY when they realise that we engaged another contractor for help.
WTH.
We even took a photo of it.
They hack my house tiles n now they r so thick skin to come my hse n claim the remaining $,claiming that they do not noe who hack my tiles n tryin to shield responsibility to others.
They die die jus wan the $ to so call feed the workers.
But it has been 2 mths ago matters.
Y bother yr workers onli NOW?
No wonder uncle got to blow his top.
Uncle claimed: " u hacked my tiles n if i still pay u, i must b insane"
Agreed.
I dun even wan to comment that i seldom encounter such irresponsible contractor..
They always demand for $ first before they start work for my new hse.
But for other contractor, u jus have to pay them a deposit, n they will finish up all the work within less den 5 days n u jus need to pay them the balance.
The stupid 2 men LAN JIAO company took ages to do my hse, n keep demanding for $, n hack my tiles, n now wat more do they wan huh?
I shall find out wat is the name of the company n post on FB, urge everyone dun cooperate with this kind of LAN JIAO company.
