What i saw is a whole bunch of youngster,cant wait to show their proud face n shouting like mad cow to the camera.

Each time i took MRT to work, Seeing those NEW FACES who proudly wore M*S polo tee to work, i am simply disgusted by their proud face.

Machiam trying to tell u : " hey hey hey! Look! my company logo! i am part of them!"

Without construction team, plus those blanga dash(who is forever my idol),opening team member equal to NOTHING AT ALL.

This iconic project will nv be successful without ppl like them.

They have ZERO KNOWLEDGE of what is happening behind the scene.

They duno who is the back hero supporting what they have today.

Btw, i have 2 scenerio which i encountered today.

Jus today i already bump into 2 proud opening team member.

When i board MRT from AMK, saw a chinese guy, ard my age, with his gf huggin on to him.

He is wearing the team member polo tee, if nt hw would i noe which company he is from.

His gf, super damn proud of his bf, being able to work in M*S.

i can feel that.

She keep touching his bf's company logo on his t shirt n look at mi.

As if conveying msg to mi: 'yeah, u saw that? my bf was part of this company even before it was officially open. What a reputable company this is.'

Another case, i was queuing for shuttle bus as usual.

A newbie from operation line, wore her lanyard. (i can tell she is from frontline cox of her bloody air stewardess hairstyle)

Seems dat she cant wait to show off her company pass to others, y does she have to wear it when she is waiting for bus? still a long way to the hotel ok.

Another lady was queuing in front of mi, she is from site.

For wat i noe, she has been working at site for ard 2 yrs according to others.

The newbie lady(one look at her pass i could tell she is a newbie, cox onli newbie staff is different from site pass, n basically, it was so brand new that a idiot can tell too)

She paused n chat with the site lady.

Newbie: "hey, hw r u?"

Site lady: " i am good, r u working here nearby? which company u currently working for?"

N: *pointed proudly to her staff pass* "here lo"

S: *gently nodded* "oh, M*S ar?"

N: *Proud face* "yes"

Site staff took out namecard from her bag n gif it to the newbie.

Newbie: "u also working at M*S ar!"

Site Staff: *Nodded*

Morale of the story: all newbie shd stay as low profile as possible lo, u wun noe u will bump into which 'old bird' who has been working for M*S for years.

N basically they shd feel xia suay when the old bird is trying to keep low profile lo.Though she has been working there for years, she didnt even purposely wan to reveal it to others, that easily.

Newbie's proudness plus unawareness simply makes mi feel that they are a bunch of &#^@(# living in a ignorance world.

Difference between site staff n operation staff: Site Staff  r nt as hao lian as operation staff, though site staff were the one who built the hotel up.

While operation staff haven start to do/contribute anything, merely enjoy the glory that site staff have brought for them.
