♥ First day in Guest Services Dept ♥

Today is consider my 1st day with Guest Services Dept. Stil on learning stage of cox, work was hectic n loaded with mani task assigned to mi.
But i think i can manage as long as i get a hang of it.

Can i jus said i am not mentally prepare at all?
Be it u bosses wan to groom mi or scare mi off, i am jus not prepare for anything.
i thin i am realli still young, nv thot that i can achieve that far in my work.
i nv even dream of this title in my life before.

Realli a very nice ex boss..Always put in good words for his staff..(or i shd say, ex-staff?)
My current bosses seems v friendly n nice ppl too..
I duno wat kind of challenges i will b facing ahead of mi..but sumhw i can foreseen it's not gg to be dat easy n smooth as i initially thot.
This experience will definitely makes my life a great turning point.
i will try my best to see hw far can i go.
