♥ Sweating over work ♥
Heavily loaded.
Actualli I hope dat I wun complain.
But I jus cant help it.
Been always alone in the office, since last week.
As most of my colleagues have to be stationed at frontline.
I got to eat alone, do thing independently, brainstorm solution, try new things out all- by – myself.
I admitted this journey is gonna be long n tough, but I surely will be able to gain experience thr it.
Being the one and only Administrator in office, supporting 60plus of internal staff with all sorts of general, administrative duties..How can I still b alive?
Today my email acc is finally set up, and I received close to 30 emails from boss, which require me to take ACTION, mind u, is action, not for my ‘info’ only.
However, I accepted it and mo mo do my work.
Other den this, wat else can I do?
My boss even require me to attend every meeting with mgmt team from tml onwards, i have to gif talk to everyone, sharing wat is my difficulties in work n in which area do i need to seek others cooperation.
Gosh~
Plus! i am expected to learn hw to take minutes of meeting tml onwards =..(
Boss even wan mi to release my PERSONAL MOBILE NUMBER to others so dat i can b contactable at all times~ wah seh~ *sweating*

Send email to 40 candidate, call up every one of them to arrange interview, run up and down thr fire lobby staircase(I climb stairs up n down everyday ok!), doing time management system(clock on staff’s time in n time out, this will affect their pay), collection of dental/medi card and keep track in my file, update every TMs profile on their attendance/conduct/performance review, Went ard to consolidate all luggage tags, count and key into the system for tracking purposes, Setting new list of stationary request form, Preparation for new staff joining(this can make mi die! Include send eSRF to IT to raise hardware/software/Staff’s t shirt, Mobile, pigeon hole, duty phone, walkie talkie etc)
THIS IS WAT I AM GOING THR TODAY.
Y is there so much work to do in this dept sia.
Going crazy liao.
I still have lots of email on ‘pending’ status, require me to act on it asap.
Ok, got to go.
