i thot he wanted to question me why am i giving him cold shoulder..
Becox ever since the "ignorance'' incident happen to him, he noticed that n we both felt damn awkard in office.
I duno hw he felt lar, but for mi, i always dun enjoy this kind of cold feelings.
For wat sia...cox we still need to work tgt in the same office though.
Anyway, he approached mi with a stern look.
Him: "Karlyn, i have a question to ask u"
i am being so friendly to look at him n answered: "yes?"
n we both broke the ice since he did not joke with mi or talking anything personal nor those sacarstic comments.
Good.
No need to be so mean to him if he learnt his lesson or should i say, if he noes what kind of topic will provoke mi.
Ytd, i am so unhappy with one of my asst manager.
Sorry to say that, 可是他真的既无能又不专业。
I voiced out my unhappiness to one of the trainer, and he encourage mi to talk to G* about it.
Saying that as our head of dept, he deserve the rights to noe how each individual perform.
i agree, but i didnt talk to G*...in fact, the trainer went ard and tell Michae* and G*.
LOL.
of cox, both of my bosses came to ask me what happened.
This recent 4 cases which closely related to him, simply makes mi felt damn du lan, for having such person in my dept.
As a AM position somemore.
The 4 cases which i highlighted to G* as follow:
1) I arranged interviewing session with 8 candidates on Thursday. As a hiring manager, he is so #*@^! not bringing his duty mobile phone along with him, and kept 2 candidate waited for him at Tower 1 for 1 hour.
His reason was he forgotten to bring his phone with him. (i cant accept this answer from him, how can he forget when he needs to carry his duty fone with him everyday? n y has it got to fall on the day he needs to conduct interview? how would those candidates think of us, for making them wait 1 hr?!)
2) In the mid of the interview, he actualli ask 2 candidates to go home.
Reason being is: He forgotten that he has a meeting to attend and he simply ask mi to reschedule 3-4 candidates for next week slot. But the issue is, those candidate already arrive, and even shake hand with him. But he simply use this as a reason to ask those candidates to go home.
(How would you feel if you are someone travelling from far to MB* for interview and the person jus tel u he forgotten he has a meeting and ask u to go home now?)
3) Early morning, i sent him a list of new staff who is joining us today, and i remind him to meet up with those new staff after the orientation ends. He acknowledge and agree to it. i even sent him a reminder email n CC all my mgmt team in it. When times is up, HR called and require him to go and 'fetch' those new staff.
When i call him and ask him whether can he get ready and go HR now, he answered mi HE CAN'T AS HE IS ON THE BUS NOW, ON HIS WAY BACK HOME.
有再离谱一点的吗？
At least inform anybody from the team or keep mi inform right? NO lo...he jus went home like dat...wah piang.
4) As a hiring Manager, he should noe who is the newly joined staff every week.
Since he is the one who selected those candidates, and brief them personally once they finished with their orientation, he should have the namelist for staff who just joined us. But whenever our trainer is asking him via email for the namelist,(trainer needs the list for scheduling of roster) he ask mi to check with HR? for wat?? y should we go one big round when the correct person to provide us with such info shd b him? wan us to look like a fool in front of HR or he jus lazy to dig the info?
G* was stunt but at the same time, telling mi that he noes it all along.
n he currently have 5 complains from 5 different dept (directors)..
Omg, i duno what is he doing lar...but he jus makes mi feel v demoralised, for having to work with ppl like him.
He is ruining my perfect working pace ok.
anyway, G* promise to get this fixed.
i noe he will.
after our conversation, G* is so naughty and playful as usual.
He realised one of the AM's (DK) computer is not locked, and he simply used DK's email acc to sent an email to G* own email.

Dear G*,
Even though I have very strong feelings for KW I know I can work through them and do my job, his cute smile gets me through each day. I just thought you should know that this school boy punaho crush will not affect my work. No matter how bad I want him….
After sending the email, G* burst out laughing and he told me he is gg to forward to AM, KW..
n he shall act ignorance and replied this to KW.
"Hmm, KW*...i duno should i tell u this, but looking at the below email which DK has sent to mi, i think you deserved the rights to noe.."
Isin't my director cute and playful??
