I knew this day would arrive, but I din expect it's under my bro'pressure again. We have only been together for less than 3 mths, Im not sure is it too early to apply for a flat tgt. However, I agreed that we shdn't drag til few years later. Probably nw it's realli the best time to go for BTO. But I hate the feeling when I know my bro is up to sum thing again. Like what I've shared wif Mei Juan before, bro will surely ask me to Trf this house to him. I've told him that it would be beta if I can sell to others n use the sum of money to get a new flat. He said gov will return me the CPF contribution, is it true? I need to consult Hui Min soon. Next, my parent's issue - mum gona stay with who? Thinking of this, I kinda dread to face the situation. My bro even said we can apply for punngol, I said I dun wan. Cox too far frm MBS. he advise us to get a car. Omg every time he plan sum thing it jus sound too easy n perfect to b true. Not gona listen to him cox I dun think I need such advise from ppl who screwed up their own life for umpteen times. anyway, getting married nowadays is not as easy as wat he thinks la. He said both of us earn more than 5k, n both r Singaporean, no issue to have our own family so y drag. Base on his tone, I can tell he wan to own tis house as soon as possible. Haiz. Hate this to the max.
